Making an Appointment

Appointments can be made by phone on 01273 661592 or by email at info@alexandraluzzatoosteopath.com during business hours which are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. I will usually be answering the phone in between treating patients and you can leave me a message at any time. I will get back to you as soon as I can during the practice opening hours.

Sessions Duration and Prices

First consultation (adults and children): £75/1 hour (please note that this is a one off concession rate and not my hourly rate)
Follow up sessions (adults and children): £55/half an hour

Please note:

The above times are approximate. The duration of our session will depend on factors such as your time of arrival and the complexity of your case history and physical examination. Please allow ample time for your appointment as the above duration times may vary slightly.

When parking on the street, please allow for 2 hours car parking on your initial appointment. 1hr parking will be sufficient thereafter.

You will need to download and set up the paybyphone App to be able to pay for your parking and I would recommend you did this from the comfort of your home as mobile phone connectivity on the street can be of variable quality.

Health Insurance

I am covered by most health insurances including Aviva, Cigna, Simply Health and WPA.

Please check with your insurer prior to making an appointment what your policy terms and conditions are and that they will cover for your sessions.

Please bring your insurance contact details and authorization code with you on your initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

You are politely requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any amendments or cancellation of an appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation charge of up to 100% the appointment fee might be payable. This is unless the reason for cancelling at short notice is illness or having to self-isolate.

Should you find yourself unable to give 24 hours notice please still let me know as soon as you can as I might be able to offer your appointment to someone else on a cancellation list, in which case you will not be charged for your late cancellation.
